A child of the infamous noble family of the red hearts, rumored to be descendants of a royal family of a once prestigious kingdom.
They work as an agent while also being a proud researcher, they are curious of the world around them and would try to conduct research on anything that fascinates them. One would even call them a mad scientist, sometimes even evoking fear to peoples hearts. But they can also act very childlike in personality, acting like a saturday night villain in a kids cartoon (or Eggman from the Sonic movies)

personality
A curious and pride filled researcher who wants to research the world more! While they can be seen as loyal and obedient, they are actually the opposite of that. Scarlet loves to be active, having a whimsical childlike aura around them and they love causing mischief and mayhem while others are not looking. But at times, they can come off a bit apathetic when looking close, emotions are very new to them after all, and the small sense of tragedy could send them to another world, a confusion on why their heart is beating so fast.

They see the world around them as an opportunity, everything is merely a test subject that they must identify and learn, even themselves. Like a robot who needs to learn through codes, Scarlet needs to interact and learn more of humanity in order to understand basic morality, otherwise all they see in morality is a laughable concept, estranged from it.
