BAARRRRRH! If you hear the sound of a ship horn coming your way, it's probably Captain Brunch upon his mighty Yacht Star. Always ready for an adventure, Captain Brunch sails around the big sea to find unpopulated islands and lands to explore. His love for nature and animals is just a couple reasons he's often off to sea.

When not studying or searching for a rare creature, Captain Brunch spends his time building boats, his second favorite thing to do after adventuring. Big, small, majestic, cute, inflated, whatever he can imagine, he builds it! Although it's difficult to part with such beauties, he sells his boats to anyone excited to venture across any body of water. It pleases him to see new sailors jump into their boats and is willing to offer his knowledge if need be.

He knows a great deal about various topics, and is a stellar problem-solver with his clever strategies and iron mind. Although he's very much strong and mighty, he'd rather use his intelligence to take on a dispute than his brawn. If necessary though, he isn't afraid to take on an issue with his trained strength.

While he is very skilled at building boats, knowledgeable of almost any creature you can think of, and good at strategic planning, the one thing he cannot seem to solve is his divided family. With his wife and eldest son missing for years, and his second eldest son, Birthday, avoiding him, Captain Brunch is left building his boats alone. He's at least happy to have the company of his youngest son, Cake, especially when his son accompanies him on the search for his wife who went missing ever since she went off to find an extremely rare creature.

Although faced with many issues he can't solve right away, Captain Brunch doesn't lose hope! He will find his wife, and with a new friend proposing a union of their families, looks forward to his second eldest son possibly getting closer to him once more. Just the thought of a brighter future makes his blood boil to build more boats!!

✩Mini Backstory

As a national hero, Captain Brunch isn't afraid to talk about his days as a captain when he helped defend the bay from pirates. With his many strategies, very few causalities happened amongst his men, and enemies gained great fear of him. After keeping the bay at bay you could say, enemies gave up trying to take over the port and left the city alone since Captain Brunch's greatest and most intense battle. If you want to learn about this great feat, you'd have to ask the captain himself. (As he tells it best)

After his time in the navy, he went on expeditions to carry on his passion to find every creature and plant he could. From the sea to the desert, there wasn't a place he was afraid to study in person! One day in the jungle, he was looking through binoculars when he saw the most beautiful sight-- a set of wild stripes upon a fierce looking Mantibab that was on the expedition from a different team that day. His heart almost jumped out his chest when she set eyes on him and came stomping his way to see why he was looking at her so long through the binoculars. Since that day, he set his heart to capture hers, but it was no easy feat.

Years had passed of the two being on expeditions and adventures with one another before they decided to get together. Eventually they had a son who was a genius and they were so proud of him. However after his strange disappearance from the university he was at and a set of events happening when he reappeared, the parents never been so disappointed in their entire lives. He brought nothing but trouble, including making his younger brother possibly hate parties and birthdays forever, only to disappear again without a word.

To help cope with their anger and worry about the eldest brother, they had another son who they cherished a lot. Trouble came right around the corner not too long after when Brunch's wife left a note saying she was going on an adventure on her own and hadn't been back since. Brunch was left with two sons to raise on his own, with one that seemed to want nothing to do with him, and the other very anxious. To get pass his loneliness, he befriended Macdad and Crispin (who he had ran into during his days of service before), which all three became great friends since by then they were all single dads.

It's been very lonesome building boats on his own, but it's one of the only things that keeps Captain Brunch's mind off his many troubles. He hopes to make even more friends, and as time goes on, be reunited with his sweetheart and his whole family once and for all. Nothing would make him happier, and the thought carries him forth toward the days ahead.
