Name: Hamed Vahdat
Gender: Presents as male, identifies as gender fluid, prefers same gender
Age/DOB: an adult when anyone met him, he can't really say when his birthday is, but he appears to be about 20-25ish, and claims he's been wandering the ruins since he was a child
Origin: Vault Earth, operating out of some place in the Mid-West* and having come a very long way to get to Wakefield
Family: none known, they all perished shortly after exiting the vault, he was left alive
Other: *see below, Hamed is an enjoyable sort and like many in the Vault he thinks Dan is just the most tasty dish ever...
Height: 6'1" and he often looks considerably taller because he's so skinny, as well as choosing a place that has a slightly raised area behind the bar...
Weight: lean and flexible
Hair: mousey brown, stringy, kept in a tail while working, goes to just over mid-back
Eyes: red brown, gently hooded and almost always concerned looking
Appearance: skin is slightly swarthy red, but light for that tone, and is has what looks like reasonably recent fine scars on his face and upper torso he says are from a cannery explosion, but they more greatly resemble claw and burn marks; he wears a Vault 46 Utility Jumpsuit, it seems too fresh to have been with him for very long, and he won't say whether it was where he also got those scars; his voice is slightly hoarse, but soft and kindly most of the time

Strength: 3 - he has never been known as anything but a wimpy skinny dude
Perception: 8 - he knows your order. he knows everything about you just by looking at you
Endurance: 8 - surprisingly durable for such a skinny guy, he can take another shift off your hands, at the restaurant
Charisma: 8 - though he's got scars from all that wandering, his pleasant smile and thoughtful words put people at ease
Intelligence: 6 - he has a decent enough education picked up along the way, but he's no bookworm
Agility: 9 - both his hands and his overall body are quite limber, he's hardly ever known to miss a tossed bottle behind the bar or a pistol shot
Luck: 5 - well, he's survived this long... can't be bad, ain't great though
Icarus Processing: None, but given his origin it won't matter, he has genetics that far surpass any normal human* and when Mel and Rhea got a hold of them they knew instantly what was up. He has no 'powers' of the mind or Vortal energy, but physically his baseline stats (well, beyond Strength, he's never going to be burly) are remarkable

Skills or Profession:
Dweller is a Human bartender, making no money at all (that's not a surprise, but only because people don't have much in the way of Caps where he's wandered...) his skill in barttending is actually quite strong, he knows his booze as well as food preparation and serving, and seems to very much enjoy doing this; he will listen to patrons, watch them enter an area or room, and he knows just what they'll need or ask for by the time they reach his station to order

Perks: Wasteland Warlord - he's managed to cut a swath of service through the area, people recognize his voice and face and not because that face is scarred, but because he's charmed a lot of folks around camp fires and in the ruins of nightclubs from coast to coast; he can easily convince people he's encountered to help him out and arrived with an actual alcohol still that someone fixed up for him (note that in the game, this perk is reserved for Raider factions thanks to takeovers of settlements, so it works a little different here...)
Iron Stomach - Hamed can pretty much eat anything and not die from it. He will eat spices, radscorpion organs, mystery meat, pink paste, or 200 year old Dandy Boy apples, and gets a kick out of watching people try and match him
Last Laugh - *while this may or may not ever come up and he does not know about it, Hamed has a built-in explosive device that will absolutely ruin the day of whoever is near him, if his body sustains enough damage to kill him...
He has expertise setting Frag Mines out, and has a adequate level skill with staff or lance fighting, he likes poking at the ruins with a plenty-long pole before entering an area, and that radscorpion he kept as a pet he did have at pole-length, so he knows how to use them as lassos as well. That doesn't really imply that he knew how to care for a big hungry insect but he could learn, right?

Personality: has a Thankful disposition, he actually appreciates people quite a bit, because without them he is lonely and sullen. So he's sought out companionship and groups, making himself quite useful in tending to their psychological and social needs as well as serving a mean mojito.
Events or History: he had a pet radscorpion, but someone shot it dead, which is sad. He was gonna use that thing to breed and make food. And maybe drinks, and poisons. For now though, he is very happy to have a role above and below ground at Wakefield. Though he was not among the very first of the inhabitants, he fits in well with them, and enjoys listening to their stories. Since he came fully equipped with a still and some number of recipes for booze, he's been a feature wherever he has rested. Often enough he'll go out on journeys scrounging around for new types of beer or wine, and is very, very interested in those dragons who have come from other worlds - do they have stuff there? They do?!
* Though they don't realize it because they've had their memory wiped and remade, they're actually an Institute escaped Synth. It's possible that he was designed as a Courser originally, because his durability and speed, agility, and aim are all on-par with those that came later. As such he might very well have been put into play to hunt down escapees, but definitely is no longer under the Institute's control (long before Levi liberated the place that is) because people in the area do know him, he does have a longish history among the folks of both the Commonwealth and Capitol Wasteland, and parts west of there though most folks he'd have encountered any farther west than The Pitt can't exactly be called up for interviews. He has no childhood, he has always been the young adult he is now, though his scars were clearly not there when he was 'new'. His 'last laugh' 'perk' (and we hesitate to describe it as such) is a feature of Synth biology, and because of Trinity and Deja's origins they've quietly hinted that he go to Rapture to have that 'feature' removed.

Powers: Winged Flight - slippery in the air, very quick and just as agile as his rider, Zairth is quite the sight overhead in a battle with ground creatures!
Teleportation - though somewhat limited to about 400 to 500 meters at a jaunt, Zairth is able to flip through space and uses physics to his advantage, sometimes going high into the air and gaining speed, to teleport barely over an enemy and crush it with his pounce, or zigzag to appear directly behind a flighted enemy, which are growing more frequent since the Brotherhood is thinking about re-invading...
Telepathy: can speak using his/her mind only, Zairth's mental contact is gentle but firm, and warm, like a summer wind
Telekinesis: can move objects with their mind, surprisingly Zairth is quite strong with this power, and has been known to lift remarkably heavy things rather than just little bits like some Pernese; he can keep things steady and stable while flying, and may be partly responsible for his agility in the air
Assisted fire breath: can breath fire after digesting firestone, well in this case... he's been able to take a page from his rider's abilies and can consume remnants of coal or other such elements nearby in order to break down into a short but very hot flame. He uses this to keep enemies at bay more than anything else, but can crisp-fry animals with it (and... dry wood or houses, so careful with that please!) at around 20 meters at most. There's talk of him wanting to try and consume the contents of a power cell, but wiser minds have warned against this for a very wide variety of reasons.
