Determined, Cruel , Independent, Judgmental, Calculating, Manipulative, Intelligent, Direct, Stern, Particular  

Ellis is just another middle manager at a decent sized company, trying to meet their margins for success and stay afloat. Ellis can be quite old fashion. However, at times, he does not balance his professionalism well with his attitude and personal investments.

Ellis is a selfish man, a cruel man, but a man with wants and needs just the same. He's difficult to impress and not very trusting. He is quick to judge people, and doesn't often have the desire to know more about people if he doesn't like them. Second chances are rare, unless he's given a good reason. However, although he doesn't like many of his employees, he can't get away with firing them all. He has a pretty good work force, he can admit to that at least. But they still have a lot of growing room too. He likes to make them compete for his favor.

He was never the type of man to want to get married, always being rather independent. However, in the business world, he started to become aware of how valuable it was to have a family. It really gave people a leg up in the world, made them the picture of success to have a wife, a girl and a boy. So that's exactly what he did.

After his youth of bachelorhood, Ellis decided to settle down. He is now married with two children. His wife was from a good family, well-mannered, and most importantly to Ellis, have a penchant for discreet sexual deviancy.

Ellis has for most of his life, known that he is attracted to both men and women, and his wife has learned this too over their years of marriage. She accepts his bisexuality, but she doesn't like it because it means she has become all too aware of his debauchery and adultery. She, of course, isn't a prude (given her own sexual nature and interest in exploring kinks), but she also knows that there are just some things about Ellis that she can no long satisfy. Or rather, that she could never satisfy. Ellis's interests just go too far for her sometimes.

Ellis believes that wealth and success in business are some of the highest achievements one can reach. While he is dedicated to his work, he is not disillusioned with the fact that he's doing good in the world. He's doing good for himself, his family, and for his appearance. And that's what matters to him. If his success can be accepted, passed on, and praised, he has lived a good life. If he can satisfy his urges, he has lived a better life. He does not need the world to know him. He needs the world to accept him.

Outside of work, Ellis has a fondness for few things or rather, he's quite particular. But when he does find a fondness for something, he gets very invested. Drink is one of those fondnesses. Another is handsome men, especially those to which he can dominate.

• Grew up a small town boy, complete with doing dumbass small town things with the boys growing up
• Likes watching sports and says he's too old to play anymore, besides he prefers professional, competent players
• Passively loves dogs - has had dogs all of his life, and they are usually quite fond of him as well, and he will give-in and play with them often
• Has two little grandkids and expects more in the near future
