Count

A part of the Silver Kingdom- Count is in charge of filing all information for the Silver Kingdom. He's very important useful wise to the queen, so he's permitted acess to show more emotions than the average citizen. Despite this, he's often viewed as a 'grump' and thus no one wants to be around him-- Which is fine by Count! (acording to him) The only 'patron' he has is Penn, who visits him daily to 'bug him'. Despite these claims from Count, he's never missed any of Penn's shows.
