On the surface, Vincent Rozenberg is a paragon of courtesy. A gentleman, he is hospitable in his barbershop, delighted to engage in conversation with his clients and catch up on the local gossip. Even if he's reserved about his secrets, he is quite alright with hearing out his customers on all their troubles and accomplishments. He has an immense passion for his job, finding being in charge of crafting, cutting, and styling a very personal part of someone's identity meaningful and poetic. On some level, Vincent genuinely appreciates these connections, even if at the end of the day, they're customers. And mortal.

Beyond the veil, Vincent is a sinister, distant, and prideful vampire of the Toreador clan, known for their ideals in aesthetics and beauty. Each Toreador develops a unique obsession with something of admiration. In his case? Death and corpses. Whenever Vincent feeds on another's blood, it isn't enough to make it a one-and-done deal, not with him being so concerned about maintaining Masquerade (the vampiric law to coexist with humans and lay low on their true natures). When seeking out someone to feed on, he's very meticulous and brutal, choosing to completely drain his victims and lock away their bodies in the basement of his shop. There, he works on something of a magnum opus with his new "tools": a patchwork of strung together appendages and tissues that he finds the most beautiful together. A symbol of how death takes all and reverence for demise. To Vincent, he finds a deranged allure to the final end, especially given the monotony and forever of immortality that he's forced to endure.

While Vincent is decidedly withdrawn especially from humans, he does feel a closer connection to other vampires (or Kindred). Currently, he unexpectedly finds himself in a coterie of four other vampires: Satrina the Tremere, Nikolas the Gangrel, Julian the Salubri, and Moirah the Ravnos. Though he isn't sure at the moment where they're all going to go from here given the circumstances that they are all now thrust into, he does feel a sense of responsibility and care(?) towards these people, even if he's not the most empathetic nor remembers what it's like to be a person and vulnerable.
