Gouache Paint
About
Gouache is fairly chill most of the time. She's pretty ambitious regarding her work and takes a lot of pride into what she does. She's the manager for Junction Construction & Demolition, a fairly well-known construction team in the lower rings. Her company mostly revolves around building more houses as the city population is ever expanding. JC&D also occasionally, but very rarely, works on the more mechanical parts of the city, like the climate control modules. She does actually also put in hard work with the company, rather than only hawk at her workers.
Gouache is all for giving people a second chance, and often employs people who are in a bit of a rough spot, just long enough for them to get back on their feet. She's fairly used to working with recovering addicts and ex-prisioners that were released for good behavior.
Design
Notes
- She can freely shift between her dragon and humanoid forms. She can NOT assume a between form. Her markings stay the same between both forms.
- Her mouth is the same color as the insides of her ears, which is pink.
- In her dragon form she has 4 pairs of eyes, they can all function separately from one another.
- She's quite stocky in both her human and dragon forms. She rarely uses her sticky limbs as it puts an uncomfortable amount of pressure on her wrists.
- Her hair is naturally black, but she occasionally dyes it red.
Personality
Gouache typically doesn't seem to see the wrong in some people, as she strongly believes in forgiveness and a second chance at life. You can't really go wrong with her. HOWEVER this does not mean that she will let you walk all over her. She is strong both physical and in opinion, being quite stubborn in her ways. She isn't the type to back down from a challenge, and might come off as a bit overbearing to most.
Gouache takes a lot of pride from her job and loves showing off how strong she is because of it. She likes to think that she fits in with the guys when work is done, and she can drink most guys under the table. She does occasionally like to lose certain games on purpose, especially to men that suffer from toxic masculinity. She also will beat those men at the same game when they want to play another round.

She thinks card games are fun. She knows a few card tricks too!

She really likes a cold one after a hard day of work.
Kids
Gouache likes kids and the outragious things they tend to say. She also thinks their naiive worldview is really cute. She especially likes to wrassle with her nieces, even if they're still fairly young.
Photography
She's not super good with a camera, but occasionally Gouache likes to take pictures of things. Her favorite subjects are plants.

She REALLY doesn't appreciate having to work in the scalding sun when it's also really warm and humid outside.

Trivia
- She sometimes enjoys using the nickname as "Paint Thicker", as she looks fairly similar to her little brother, Paint Thinner.
- She's quite good at painting, but doesn't enjoy it that much as a hobby.
- JC&D, her company, actually has a contract with a local penetairy institute to help rehabilitate the innmates into regular society.
- She experiences joint pains fairly often, likely a result from her job.
- Unlike Paint she still has a pretty good relationship with her parents. Especially with her dad, Lead Paint.
Related
Paint Thinner
Gouache cares a lot about her little brother. She has gotten a little estranged from him ever since Mercury came into the picture and only seemed to drag Paint down with him. Gouache has kept an eye on him from the sidelines and put in her best efforts to get him clean. Which eventually she managed to do.
In the last three years or so, the two have gotten back into touch, and Gouache had a big hand in helping him land on his feet. Even going so far as to help him get a steady income and even help him get custody of his Turpentine.
She often affectionately refers to him as "Krill", in reference to his real name. But she isn't likely to actually say that it's his real name.
Heart Stitch
Gouache frequents the bar Heart Stitch works at fairly often. Both because she really enjoys Heart's mixing skills, and because she's also actually very much into Heart as a person. If only she didn't suffer from lesbian brain and knew how to ask out a girl.
