On a first glance, Heart generally comes off as distant and unpleasant, as if you're trying to talk to an unfriendly wall. She isn't at all this way when you actually get to talking to her. She's in reality just a big cudlebug that wants to wrap herself in a big cozy sweater and lay around in front of a fire place with a nice lady in her arms. Her cold persona is something she has some trouble with turning off, as it is very much required for her job, since she often has to deal with unruly drunks.

Heart is a very creative soul, she loves crocheting and participating in ''yarn bombing''. She hates letting good yarn go to waste and often makes little dolls and clothes for those dolls to donate. She does very often seem to lose yarn chicken though.

Heart had a fairly normal upbringing, or at least as normal as one could have with a single mom raising two kids. She was bullied a fair bit as a child, both for being on the chonkier side as well as having sweater-like markings and only a mom to raise them. As a result from this she would often close herself off from the world by locking herself in her room, or to simply run away from home for a day (always ending up at grandma's house though.)

Whenever she would end up in Whippie's house, the old woman would gently push a crochet hook and a skein of yarn into her hands. Allowing the child an outlet for her pain an frustration, even if it didn't go super smoothly at the beginning. She grew super close to Whipstitch and one of her first ''bigger'' projects was gifted to her when she was around 12 years old.

Adolencence

It took her a few years before Heart learned how to stand up for herself. She grew more distant from people though, as being cold towards strangers would often prove beneficial so they would leave her be. She met Titanium when she was a teenager, interested in his garage band but not enough to actually join. People would probably have assumed that the two had a crush on one another during that time, if Titanium wasn't so openly gay.

Heart moved out of her mom's house pretty much as soon as she turned 18, largely because she wanted to explore her own path in life. She lived with Titanium for a little while, during which she would have the biggest epiphany about herself. She was gay too, and very comfortable with being a lesbian once she realized it.She also got a job in the bar of her cousin to support paying rent. But she was only allowed to work day shifts an serve people their drinks and food. She didn't mind it too much, although she would often eye the taps and bottles behind the bar, wondering what kind of drinks she could make.

Current

Currently she still works her job in Bubbles' bar, although with a few promotions under her belt! She's gotten quite profficient at mixing drinks and manning the taps. The people in his bar seem to enjoy having her around too as some kind of constant when they come in. She's still in touch with Titanium and often helps him out too when she has the time. She did move out of his home though, and has her own little appartment. It's not as big as the house she used to share, but it's more than big enough for her needs.

After working so many years in Bubble's bar she started to dream of running her own bar, either taking over from Bubbles, or running one with Titanium since the two are still so close (and on occasion she runs his bar for him too).

One fateful night at the bar, as cheesy as it might sound, she saw a woman. A woman that she would love to take out to dinner someday. She felt like it would be best to wait on her to come to Heart, and she's trying to. For now Heart is content just watching Gouache stumble over her words and figure out a good way to ask her out.
