Backstory

He comes from a long line of militant generals that have served Amir's kingdom generation after generation. During one of the battles he was in, the enemy had caught him off guard and mangled his jaw, to keep up appearances he hid it behind the mask. Once he retired he felt he still could do more for his country and the prince, he used his reputation and status to further along whatever projects they needed done.

Although 8 is very renowned and revered in his country he doesn't really have anyone that he is close to. The closest person he has had in the past was his grandmother before she passed. The idea of marriage has never really crossed his mind. Although he would not be opposed to it if he were to find someone like-minded.
