Colors: Mostly dark charcoal warm-grey on body, upper face and neck, limbs and backs of wingsails, tail; chin to tail tip and behind hind limbs darker licorice grey; feet have 'socks' of white, orange, yellow, claws/toe tips white; wingsails white, orange, yellow; dorsal mane, wing arm web, eyes, and wing claws purple; horns candycorn yellow, orange, white
Features: typical 'western dragon' four legs with 3 hind toes and 3 with thumb fore; two leathery wings with four prominently visible fingers and very long wrist thumbs, all bearing claws, with webbing between thumb, and arm webbing; hide is smooth, is actually mammalian, so very short fur sheds occasionally; head is boxy with large brows and 'camel' like nose, chin ruff, two long back pointing downturned horns, and three on each side of smaller jaw horns; dorsal fur ridge from forehead to tail tip shorter between shoulders and hips but still velvety; this dragon may sire live-bearing dragon offspring, or egg laying, he's not picky, though any egg-layers will suddenly find themselves very hungry, and their eggs will be brightly colored for no apparent reason
Powers: Winged Flight, Porfirio is really good at low speed flight, maintaining his pace even if it means 'human walking' speed. He can also go for bursts of speed for short distances, often leaving a wake of dust and particles behind that is the only indication he's flying and not just teleporting. He is quite strong with the ability to lift and hold things, his sturdy feet can all grasp, and his wings lift even train car sized items - though slow and steady, no speeding with heavy items in tow.
Verbal Speech, with a smooth sounding voice, deep and rumbling, he certainly can seduce dragons and humans alike, and knows enough Vortigese to keep them entertained too. He has a surprisingly large vocabulary for cooking and botany. He doesn't have telepathy save for a strong (some might say sticky) empathic bond with his human friend, and the female dragons he's gotten close to all comment that he leaves a delicious feeling in their minds.
Edibles, Porfirio is able to distinguish plant matter and some other bits and pieces around, as edible or not - and if not, makes them edible. That green glowing slime that covers some ponds and sewer entrances? He can turn that into sour-apple goo. Rotten meat? Not any more, go ahead and eat that fluffy stuff it tastes like potatoes now. He can control the toxicity of any given item, though he also does have the ability to make things into very deadly poisons, he prefers the other way. He's had competitions with some of the LeafWings that grow plants, as well as those RainWings with their venom - turning that into a spicy sauce? No problem. If there's an organic component to a substance, he can make it into a thing that can be safely eaten. He is also a very adept chef, though finding dragon-sized cooking implements is a little tough.
Crystalization breath weapon, Porfirio does have the ability to breathe out a chemical compound, not fire and not smoke, not water, but... candy? Sort of, in that whatever this short cloud of shining particles touches will get caught as though stuck in tar, and these crystals will grow around it. They will eventually turn too brittle to keep someting inside, and will not hold for more than an hour, so this is a temporary immobilization process and nothing deadly. However while caught, it's possible that whatever is in this grown sugar crystal will suffocate if its face or breathing apparatus is covered up. He can stick even large creatures, though not fast ones - Striders or Gunships (gumming up their fans) will fall still, but Hunters or creatures quick enough to emerge from a cloud without much sticking to them, will get away. He can coat a wall and knock an enemy into it, effectively pinning it to the surface, for others to deal with.
Parentage: Unknown, unique in his genetics so far, but clearly compatible with numerous types of dragons, will likely have 'Halloween candy' style offspring in droves given that there are a couple others of that specific candy-corn color scheme alredy!

Other Info: For all the ability he has of sticking things to other things, he prefers to not be in any kind of combat unless absolutely necessary. He prefers to hunt and then cook up tasty bits, using the entire beast or plant he's dug up, because hell, bones and guts? They make nice toast and jam...
Events or History: resides at the Lane Mansion 'Coffee Grounds' with the other hippies and carnies, and quite likes it there. Bear and Porfi keep track of Dragon Tower 15, surrounded on all sides by fields, cropland, and the occasional very tasty prey item.
