From the first glance people would often describe him as a simple effortless smooth talker but this is mostly only a charade that he keeps up for sake of keeping people off guard, when in fact he's quite nasty and ruthless and actually able to do some horrible things but luckily he mostly focuses on himself and things that he thinks are funny and worth of his time.

Won't take any of your bullshit unless absolutely needed and he will tell you off as he sees fit, unless you happen to be his client which is when he usually behaves ( most of the time at least ) but will still make witty mental remarks unless you really happen to piss him off. 

Rather protective of his personal life/self, doesn't trust people that easily even though he tends to come of as a social butterfly kind of a type.

• Enhanced senses, power, durability etc. which come handy

• Can't fly but can sort of float and move inhumanly fast

• Can morph into a bat but hates the feeling of it

• Sunlight
• Blood consumption ( if low he can become unpredictable and dangerous )
• Super strong smells perfume/garlic etc. gets nauseous from them

Trivia

• He can't access a home unless you invite him, finds this both irritating and impractical and it sometimes hinders with his line of work
  
  
• No, he doesn't sleep in a coffin and hates to be asked about it as much as the rest of the famous vampire jokes/pick up lines
  
  
• Sun light does cause burning and great pain, which is why he covers himself from head to toe and uses umbrella if he goes out during daylight which is usually rare cause it also puts him in a bad mood. This is why he usually prefers night sifts/cases/stakeouts
  
  
• He's a detective for sure but he's also really picky over his cases, mostly accepting those he finds interesting enough of which offer most money
