Potioncraft

Minthe has been the leading alchemist among Daemon-kind for the last century. She has revolutionized the science behind the craft, and has worked tirelessly to help Daemons across the globe.

Magic

Like many Daemons, Minthe has gained access to the arcane via her Seal. Despite not looking like much, she is exceptionally powerful. She favors elemental and destructive magic with a strong preference for anything with flames.

Minthe's true name has been long lost.. belonging to a dialect that has been dead for centuries. The Daemon remembers little of her years spent as a Human, after all, what is twenty or so years compared to someone who has lived for centuries? Though her memory has faded, she can recall a young woman trapped in a loveless marriage. She desperately searched for freedom in any way that she could, settling eventually on falling into bed with any man that would have her. Desperately addicted to the sensation of freedom, she gained the attention of Asmodeus himself. He saw in her what others did not, and blessed her with a transformation that would grant all of her desires and more. Minthe, the first Daemon of Lust, was born.

The Conqueror

After the transformation had been completed, Minthe awoke in a bed of fine silks. Asmodeus soothed the woman, and introduced her to her new life. He would serve as a mentor to the newly reborn Daemon for what must have been centuries. Though their relationship was often complicated, the two felt a strong love towards each other that Minthe had not once felt as a mortal. Minthe's desire could not be contained, however. And sexual desire and lust could no longer offer the freedom she craved. Using the tricks and magic learnt from the Demon Prince, she began to trudge towards a new fascination: Power. The only way she could ever sever the ties she had to the mortal realm was to rule it. She gathered her wits and wares, bidding farewell to her mentor, and began to build an army.

Men and women alike fell to her charms and will, rallying behind her ideals. Within three years, she has assembled an army that would cause any to think twice before attacking. Minthe declared war, and thus began the deadly onslaught of the Conqueror. Her followers began to serve out of fear rather than love, and the horrors of war were unleashed upon the world of Ancient Greece.

Retirement

Minthe warred against the Human realm for centuries, but eventually began to take a subtler approach when Humans began to take notice of her aging - or lack thereof. She worked tirelessly to complete her aspiration, climbing social ladders until she stood at the top. It was only after reaching the peak did she realize she had nothing left to do. Upon retiring her current persona, Minthe fell into a deep slumber. Centuries passed in a flash - and when she awoke, the world had moved on without her. Exploring the new 'modern', she adopted the art of potioncraft.. spending another several centuries perfecting her art. Retirement felt.. perfect! But even then, she needed something to fill her time. In the early 20's, she opened up "Minthe's Magical Menagerie", a shop dedicated to selling potions and other wares to Daemons.
