Intelligent Dynamic Sweet Dependent Loud Provocative

Due to Vulcan's memories being locked away his calm and logical nature comes from his programming. He was programmed to assess situations and adapt quickly without fail. He is calculated in every step he takes, however, when he comes across a new situation he is overly cautious and tries to take in any information possible. This results in him studying objects and creatures for long periods of time.

While usually completely calm, Vulcan may enter fits of emotional trauma and panic attacks when some of his memories resurface. He is never able to clearly see his memories, rather he views them in flashes and it can interfere with his programming. His programming will glitch and believe that he is in danger, and will enter a full assault mode if Vulcan is not calmed.

Vulcan is a robot built with a dragon body. He is a complex robot, not because of his willingness to adapt, but because he does feel emotion. While hard to express emotion through is robotic eyes, his words and actions define him as a living being. Vulcan woke up in a broken down facility, powered on by the crushing of his charging cable. Upon awakening, he doesn't remember anything at all except a voice. He leaves the facility and journeys through a desert where he finds a young female dragon named Veria. While she is cold to him at first because of his appearance and differences, she quickly learns to accept him. Vulcan is very impulsive and thinks he knows what to do in every situation. He causes many problems on their journeys, but never wants to be without company. 

As Vulcan and Veria adventures become more dangerous, Vulcan gets damaged and shuts down. While in his shutdown state his systems repair and it causes him to remember events that he hadn't been through. He remembers dying a tragic death and discovers how he is still "alive." Vulcan's whole personality and demeanor is reset because of his old memories and he becomes distant from Veria. They still travel together, but Vulcan is followed by his nightmares of pain. He remembers his happy past life and being alive.

Strategy / Intellect

Vulcan's program gives him access to a massive database of information which he can add to. Because his brain is essentially a super-computer he can make decisions and create strategies quicker than fleshy creatures.

Flying

While not as graceful as feathered or webbed wings, Vulcan's wings can be detached from his body with ease. His wings are large rotors similar to helicopters. His wings allow him to reach high speeds in the air.

Defense

Vulcan's is created with infused metals, including some "alien" materials. His is much lighter than he should be, but also very tough and can withstand most elements and hits.

• Vulcan was not created as a robot, rather his soul was transferred and wiped.
• Vulcan stores his wings in human-built facilities, meaning they are almost never on his body.
• His eyes can turn red when his code is glitching or he enters assault mode.
• Vulcan has no teeth or any sort of mouth parts. He instead uses his claws or just crushes things with his jaw.
