Riley is an engineer that makes all his steam powered creations in the height of the industrial revolution in Sybalus. Also dabbling in alchemy, he is renowned for his impressive machines mixed with his alchemical know how. He is funded by the state, along with other scientists, in other to further their development in technology. At times he can be quite smug and proud of his work, but he deeply cares about his machines and the pursuit of knowledge. 

Trivia:

- Riley owns a pet snake that he absolutely adores. He would sometimes use her venom in his alchemy but always asks very politely first. She isn’t sure what’s go on but doesn’t mind.
- He only transitioned later in life, around his 20s.  
- When presenting his new inventions, he is all for the theatrics before the big reveal.  
- Riley is in a way the parent of the group with him fussing over the others due to them being younger, but also getting them out of trouble.
