"Where is the justice in killing the innocent!"
Nicholas Luther Wolfgang Kessen is a prince however his blood mother and father were brutally murder under the claim that they where magic users. Noa was lucky to survive however at a cost. The injuries he acquired while trapped in the burning wreckage of his own home scared and killed the nerves across the young princes back.

Nicholas, or Noa, is a rather polite individual, he is patient, calm and general a nice person. He follows the guild-lines his adopted father has put down for him while also fooling about in a different timeline. He is often caught avoiding his duties, unsure whether or not he should be crowned king. His position makes it hard at times and he questions whether or not he actually belongs where he is. Yes, he is of royal blood but this isn't his kingdom.
Needless to say he had a number of self esteem issues which leaves him to doubt himself a lot of the times and this is often the reason he flees. Rather then dealing with the confusion of his position he indulges himself in the wonders of another time, finding it to be a wonderful distraction.
Background
Nicolas Luther Wolfgang was not always his name. Originally the son and heir to a completely different kingdom he was adopted into the Wolfgang household after his home was destroyed and his mother and father were brutally murdered. Nicolas didn't get out scotch free sadly and at a young age of eleven he was trapped in the burning wreckage of what was once a beautiful castle that stood proud and strong.
Noa was lucky to survive. The neighboring kingdoms had sent re-reinforcements to help but they were to late. When they arrived they were greeted with smoke and blood as far as the eye could see, still the armies searched for any survivors. A few villagers were left alive as well as the young prince, Nicolas. It was miracle.
The king and queen of the neighboring city decided to take in the young prince Nicolas as one of their own. He grew up with a couple of older sisters and eventually a younger bother. His family was nice to him however that wasn't the same with everyone. Villagers looked at him with suspicion, kids appeared terrified as they whispered. Whispering what?
As he got older he started to notice strange events happening around him. Candles would light themselves and times seemed to repeat itself concessional. He was terrified. He hadn't believe it before now but

Pyrokenisis
Oh the irony, yes. The burn victim can manipulate and create fire. However he is still learning to properly handle it. Mostly he can light candles or manipulate it but he is learning to handle larger volumes of fire.
Time manipulation
He can pause, travel and manipulate time however he has to have some kind of clock vessel to work with. Noa has his blood father's old pocket watch that he dug from the wreckage of his old home.

Trivia
- Noa Kessen was his original name but after the years I thought to change and/or add some more names to it to make it seem more royal.
- His story use to be so much more violent and confusion when I first made him. I was like... fourteen or something.
- Noa's design hasn't changed to much over the years, he has just gotten more layers and slightly altered colours.
- His back and some of his neck are covered in burn scars and while he gets phantom like pains he can't actually feel anything along most of his back.
