APPEARANCE
- A tall copper and bronze automaton, a pretty model of humanoid stature, well-kept despite the signs of age. 6'1".
- Dressed well, in a fine vest over fitted cuffed sleeves; At his most casual, suspenders and loose sleeves that show the fine mechanisms of his forearms.
- Fine copper wire is fixed to his head like hair, resting about his thin shoulders, often fixed neatly back into a ponytail.
- Yellow light glows behind his round-lensed eyes.
- Long black mourning jacket is plain but clearly tailored, well fit to his thin-shouldered silhouette. Carries a leather pack, including a sturdy spellbook.

PERSONALITY
- The best friend secondary love interest in a period romance; Gentle and kind, supportive and caring.
- Intelligent, tactful, and a bit reserved; Quite happy to be out of the spotlight.
- Thinks he's funny
- A great admirer of those who are passionate and ambitious. Willing to do a lot for those he supports.
- A cautious man; A loving voice of reason. Gives great advice, though usually asks permission first.
- Master of promptly and easily introducing new topics when he doesn't want to elaborate on the old one.
- Currently slowly losing his grip becoming jaded by a cycle of wanting to believe in people like Julia and then watching them fail over and over again. you know. normal stuff.

HISTORY
A gift to Lady Julia Kress, bound to her for life when she was 17. He served her until her 30s, and though officially he was considered the Lady's aide (and, early on, a curiosity to display at parties), in reality Bas and Julia were each others' closest friends; He was her right hand man, her confidant, and her voice of reason, and he admired her greatly for her intelligence and passion. Among the great many things he did for her over the years, he spied for and advised her as she conspired against the Crown – and when she was arrested for it (and for practicing dark magic, something he believes was a false accusation), he surrendered himself in her place, claiming to be responsible.
Despite everything, Sebastian was set free a day after Julia was hung. Now she's gone and his life debt is over.

TRIVIA
- Made June 14 2021; Retired DnD pc, level 6 warforged abjurer.
- Magic started as just another hobby, self-taught to do little tricks and mend things.
- Uses phrases like "I'm only human" with no audible irony.
- Doesn't like having secrets kept from him, despite what he might say about peoples' right to have them.
- Shy abt his body.
- Can't really feel temperature, sense of taste and smell are faint, the latter almost nonexistent.
- Bets on the optimistic outcomes when the stakes are low. It makes up for how cautious he is with high stakes.
- Never got a new horse after they shot Navigator, practically adopted Julia's horse Noctesse though. left her behind
