Ialius

Prophet of end times. Somehow knows, without a doubt, that Osed (the 'man' himself) has doomed this world. And even then, Ialius encourages this process through his death cult. 

he keeps his cult on the edge of the kingdom, but still finds recruits to swear to him and his message before long, offering solace in their shared doom.
his dark magic seems to grow stronger with the power of doomed souls behind it, which he is eager to misuse often. 

Ialius is entirely evil, through and through. A very cold individual. He does not let anyone get close to him, he only presents a wry facade to let weak-willed people do his bidding, short or long term.

His face is almost always shrouded. He purposely hides his identity, and can even go so far as to use magic to hide his wings and tail. however, he cannot assume the identity of another, though he has tried. His powers mostly lie beyond illusion besides.
