in the screenshot below, you will see (CHARACTER_IMAGE) highlighted with a pink arrow next to it. replace the words CHARACTER_IMAGE with your image address, but keep the brackets!

if it still doesn't work then you are using the wrong link. Go to your image, right-click the image, and select "copy image address"
