Julius is a noble of the Winter Court, a dignitary typically tasked by the Court to look for potential issues in negotiations. This is something that comes easily to him due to his cynical nature. Julius can be somewhat irritable and has a general dislike of people. He's not generally liked by anyone and most keep their distance from him unless they have need to do otherwise.

Although not one to keep anyone close to him, he is friends with Naoise although he won't typically admit that to anyone without a lot of prompting. When not busy or purposely seeking solitude, he tends to be spending time with them. He likes Naoise a lot more than he'd ever be willing to let on, a fact that annoys him immensely. He's very protective of them and will grow hostile to anyone who means to do Naoise any harm, or change his innocent nature.

By request of the Court, he was sent on a mission to Hadreon, but this was cut short when Naoise contacted him after Julius had been stuck in a magical forest maze. He managed to teleport out and retrieve Naoise, but intends to fully complete his mission as soon as he can ensure Naoise won't get himself killed.
