General Adoptable TOS

First come, first serve.
Cash Adopts: Payment will be done via paypal invoice.
If asking for Hold, please include a due date and timezone.
Only color correction edits are allowed to my adopts.
Inform me of loss of interest. Don't ghost.
No refunds.
You can resell/gift/trade for set price.
Use for reference, OC, comic, book, games (small-indie, solo or small studio is ok, no big business)
Do not use the png in merch, etc.
You can use for vtuber design.
Always credit me for design.
Do not use my work for block-chain or n.f.t.

What happens if I break your Adoptable TOS?

I'll try to address it with you, but refusing to acknowledge me, or ignoring/ghosting messages will force me to essentially blacklist you from future purchases. (This includes trades. I'll have to make it public to protect other customers.)

Please be aware that when I spot someone breaking TOS whether they are doing so intently or not, I panic. I'll be stuck with that in my head 24/7 until they respond, I wish I had a better way of dealing with it, so please just be responsible and inform me of possible misunderstandings.

ORIGINAL CHARACTERS

Do not use my original characters, writing, or artwork without permission.
You cannot use my characters for Roleplay, political, racist, commercial content etc.

Kin Ocs

Do not make OCs based on my characters. Just don't.

Canon vs Outdated

I do not have the time to constantly update every profile religiously, so sometimes profiles on toyhouse or even information or refsheet can be outdated or no longer canon.

Can I draw you a gift?

Yeah! But please at least try to respect the design. I really like seeing peoples art of my OCs, it just makes me sad when my refsheets are misinterpreted. It makes me feel as if I have failed my own portrayal if it can't translate into your work.

Please do not change a character's race/sexuality/color scheme/appearance, etc. Do not fetishize or lewd my characters. I'm not comfortable with random shipping art. Unless we're friends, don't draw our characters together in any way.
