ABOUT

Emmie is a romanticizer and a lover at heart. She dreams of adventure and stops at nothing to find excitement in her life, which makes her come across as childish to her peers. She always keeps a positive attitude even when others don't share her views, but despite this she takes danger very seriously and will not abandon anyone who needs help.

BACKSTORY

Emmie was only a toddler when her single mother soon fell prey to pterosaurs. She was then taken in by a mentor who raised her and taught her how to survive on her own. The two grew very close over the years, even forming a father/daughter relationship with each other. Then one day, he vanished from her life without a trace. Believing that he was dead, and with no one else to turn to, Emmie spent most of her teenage years working with a group of mercenaries in order to survive, but it was never the life she truly desired. After leaving them, she decided to honor the memory of her mentor by living her life from his teachings.

FUN FACTS!

• In the original AU, her name was Amaranth and she had a half-sister named Emmie.
• Her ceratopsian sidekick, Tank Top, was originally Robin's sidekick in the original AU and was a chasmosaurus before being changed to a smiloceras.
