Bio:

Shila is one of the two first werewolves to ever exist. Her ability was once a curse (originally given as punishment for a great sin her mother committed), but because she refused to fall into the path of evil with it in her life, she had two blessings bestowed upon her as she grew up: prophetic vision, and a near-godly set of powers that is simply called Divine Power. She used these abilities for good her entire life, up until her final battle with her brother Scar; upon winning this fight, her and her family were also bestowed with everlasting life and she essentially became the goddess of all werewolves after her. Shila is the true ruler of her own eternal realm--which is ultimately Heaven--but she shares the rule with her mate Aloysius and her three children Haven, Ramon, and Vincent. 

For the most part, she is omniscient, knowing everything about all of the fellow werewolf souls she can connect with. (She can interact with non-werewolves, but she can't do anything with their soul unless either they let her or she's been given divine instruction to do so). Including those of Scar and his demons; she always knows what he's going to do, but it's very rare for her to actually come down and help out. This isn't because she doesn't care, but really because she doesn't need to; she's powerful enough to help her angels/those who need it without descending. When she does appear in person, that's when you know it's serious. 

Shila, overall, is everything you would expect in a benevolent spiritual being: caring, fair, honest, and more. However, she also can feel negative feelings, and sometimes has had to let bad things happen in order for those under her to grow. She sometimes gets very sad when she thinks about what could've been, if only her brother didn't fall for the temptation of power. Alas, she knows that he would never want to change anyway, so she is always ready to push back his advances, whether physically present for it or not.
