Bio:

Chi is an interesting Pikachu. For starters, he's not necessarily from any of the known regions where Pokemon typically thrive; Chi is one of a group of Pokemon that have managed to sneak their way into Imperial City, in one, somewhat large, section of forest simply called the Pokemon's Forest. He used to live in this forest, but due to a huge conflict in his early life, he left his first family and migrated further into the city. This led him to meet Whitestar, and he ended up permanently moving in with her and her family (before the kids came along!). He originally only spoke the Pokemon's native language, but he learned how to speak English in his Pichu days so he could communicate easier with his family. He is quite close with them all, but by far, his strongest relationship has been with Sally, and he's seen with her quite often; anytime he's not with Sally and the rest of the family, he is hanging out with his friend Jessie and brother Chester.

Chi is proudly a member of the Imperial Guard, but with his scaredy-cat tendencies, one would think he'd make sure to stay far away from anything dangerous. They wouldn't be entirely wrong; most of the time when he encounters something he considers remotely scary/dangerous, his first reaction is to panic and run. This isn't always the case though, because his cheeky personality and hastiness can rile him up for battle...and of course, he does have courage to just jump into battle when he needs it. In a real high-stakes situation, he's more than one to count on, and sometimes he can be useful even when he's scared (he's really good at finding somewhere to hide-). His jumpy tendencies aren't just a random part of him though, they were mostly acquired from an old, rather terrifying enemy of his. There's more to his past than he'll ever let on, and he tries to forget it, but he can't keep it away forever...
