Witheringsnow currently resides with Evergreenclan; A rather small clan of cats who were forced to live in horrible conditions by the clan they once lived in. Since their break-off from Summitclan, Evergreenclan now lives independently and despite the small numbers, better than they once did.
While born in Summitclan - A clan of cats who live ontop of the highest mountain, Witheringsnow once had a reputation of being closed-off, unwelcoming and cold to those around him. He was seen as a strong cat who kept himself busy by working hard or brooding alone. Many cats in his life died in unfortunate 'accidents'... which were all his doing in the end and he managed to lie and manipulate his way out of everything. It wasn't long before his actions eventually caught up with him.
Due to a severe injury caused from a fight with his kin, Witheringsnow suffered brain damage and lost a lot of his past memories from apprenticeship hood and beyond. He can only remember little glimpses of his life; Blood, snow, a kit and mate he once had, but thoes tend to scare him more than anything.
Since this injury, the once aggressive and cold cat full of hatred has mellowed out and enjoys a more peaceful and kinder lifestyle. While his personality seemed to change, he still suffers from bad depression and is often lost in his own memories or sad over things he doesnt remember. Its not all doom and gloom for him as there's parts of a more happier cat inside, that shines through every now and then.
Witheringkit was born with his brother Spirekit, to the deputy Halfpebble and his mother Rainwish. The two brothers were opposites from the beginning, Spirekit being a more friendly and open kit while Witheringkit was reserved and shy. It was obvious his parents favored Spirekit’s personality more as they always pushed the kit to be the highly respected cats they envisioned themselves to be.
While he did spend some time playing with his brother, Witheringkit was pretty much alone most of his time as a kit and learnt that crying and seeming weak opened himself up to abuse from his parents, so he learnt to keep any negative feelings bottled up and learnt to hate his brothers success.
With all the praise and support from his parents, Spirepaw was destined to succeed more than Witheringpaw who seemed to get in trouble for never ‘trying hard enough’ despite doing the best he felt he could do. He felt constantly criticized and belittled due to his failures to be anything worth being proud of. He felt worthless, unloved and angry through his entire apprenticeship.
When the two brothers were close to becoming warriors- Spirepaw and Witheringpaw were hunting alone one night and Spirepaw expressed that his father wanted him to become deputy once he took over as leader! Spirepaw slightly criticized Witheringpaw for not having the same ambitions- but that small little jab made Witheringpaw snap with all his pent up anger.
Witheringpaw attacked his brother and after a fight, drowned him in a river that had slightly frozen-over with snow and ice. After making sure Spirepaw was dead, Witheringpaw later lied to the clan and claimed foxes had attacked them both and caused Spirepaw to fall into the pond and drown. He was not sorry for Spirepaws death and definitely not sorry with how upset it made his parents, losing their star child and dream of their future.

- Since his injury he is often uncoordinated when running and stumbles when he’s not concentrating. It frustrates him sometimes, but he tries to live with it and improve.
- Zones out a lot. It Sometimes seems like he's not paying attention to things around him, but he is...mostly.

Is unsure why his parents gave him the prefix “Withering” but assumes its due to the dark specks on his pelt. Was given the suffix “Snow” because of his cold and distant personality.

Witheringsnow enjoys spending lots of time with Vixenshadow and are super close platonically!! She helps him out a lot and he keeps her company even with silence. He likes that she doesnt push him to do things, or think things, he doesnt want too. A kind cat; one he thinks he doesnt deserve.
They are often seen together talking or enjoying eachothers company. She doesnt know anything about his past but, maybe its best it stays that way. They consider eachother family!
Witheringsnow isn't aware Mesarill is the brother of his deceased ex-mate but often feels there's something the other knows about him that he doesn't. Still, he enjoys the company of the tom and considers him a friend much like Vixenshadow.
Despite how good of a cat Spirepaw was, Witheringsnow came to hate him more than anyone due to his family's abuse. He viewed Spire as the start of all his problems, and hoped killing him would be the end.
Witheringsnow doesnt remeber much about Spirepaw now, only knowing negative feelings and guilt that came with the name. He has a pretty good idea of what happened to him but...doesnt want to think about that.
