Desvi is a leader of a powerful mafia force that hides amongst the shadows of val-shenn. This kemata can only be described as absoloutley vile and unhinged. He does not bat an eye at the sight of blood, bones, nor death. If you make a deal with him, you better see it through, or it could cost you your life.
Desvi does not care what it takes to turn a profit, from selling drugs to selling kematas for trafficking. As long as it benefits him, there is no price he will not meet. Personality wise, this kem is not interested at all in feelings, in fact, he loves causing pure emotional torment to others. Even seeming to get off on it. Completely twisted and disgusting kemata.
History
Even Desvi does not know much about his past. All he knows is that he grew up twisted and never wanted to be corrected. From a young age, Desvi has always partaken in the capture and kidnapping of other kems, of any age, in order to make a living. He became disgustingly good at it, moving up in ranks of his original gang.
Eventually, he felt the way his gang at the time handled the 'practice' was not ideal. He felt that his leader was too soft and killed him in cold blood, taking the life of any kems that resisted his new, self decided, leadership. He loves the way blood dries on his paws and claws and will often smear his "favorites" blood on his fur and let it dry and cake until it reeks of death.
Desvi is not above petty torment, if he feels a kemata has done him wrong for any reason, he will not hesitate to capture them and make them beg for death. some of his favorite methods of sending kems to the creator are: goring with his horns or claws, ripping throats out, and bleeding them out slowly like a slaughtered monster.
Desvi will find favorite kems whom he take a liking too and will keep a constant eye on them, sending scouts out to follow their every move. He has a scout watching Tozoku at all times, as a promise was made to him many years ago, which Desvi has never forgotten. He awaits the day when his fruit is ripe for picking.
Tozoku does not recall, but one time while black out drunk he ran into Desvi again, promising him some questionable things. Desvi plans to cash in on those promises one day, waiting for the right moment.
On the one night that Tozoku ran into Desvi in a drunk stupor, Tomoe is the one who prevented anything bad from happening to Tozoku that night. He kept a sharp eye on him and kept several scouts on the look out until Desvi made his way out of Light city.
