The most annoying person you'll ever meet! Ludwig is from Seattle, Washington, and lives with his mother and father! The young boy is always trying to suck up to everyone and anything, becoming unnecessarily clingy to anyone who gives him any amount of attention. But alas! ……Really, really annoying. And just generally borderline insufferable to listen to. And overly dramatic. And a 16 year old boy. Despite looking at least somewhat attractive from a distance, it becomes apparent the moment Ludwig opens his big mouth that he is all of the things listed above, along with being very rude, loud, smug, self centered, and immature, a pandering people pleaser who's.... not very good at pleasing.
Ludwig is constantly trying to suck up to random people to get them to like him, whether it be through making incredibly funny jokes (which can also be an attempt to make an #awkward moment more enjoyable), being very lovey-dovey, playing up his already massive ego, or just otherwise being extremely obnoxious.
Despite all this, and all of the previously mentioned actions constantly making things even worse for him; whether it be the excessive compliments being rather backhanded or the jokes making everything even more unbearable, Ludwig still persists, making him very clingy (quite the understatement) as a result. But hey, can you blame him for being optimistic? Surely it’s all bound to work out someday…!

Fish and Ludwig frequently get into spats over childish, meaningless things (which they often have completely opposite views on), but in the end, he ultimately considers it a genuine companion (trust!). Besides that, Ludwig can be very clingy and lovey-dovey towards her, as it’s really the only person who can stand him (even with the large amounts of squabbling). Hey!!!!! Don’t look at him like that!!!!!!!! Tch. Maybe you just can’t understand TRUE romance………
