Commissions and customs PAYMENTS • Payment goes first, no exceptions, due to experiences on amino, I will no longer accept payments at the beginning and at the end or only when I finish. •Send 4.5k in 4.5k every 5 minutes if you pay with Ac. If you manage to send the 5k and activate the 24h cooldown. I'll keep your ac and cancel order. •If I give you the option to deposit in advance or to deposit halfway, just to let you know that I give priority to commissions already paid. •If you change the payment method, let me know first. • ┈┈┈┈ ๑ ⋅ ⋯ ୨ ୧ ⋯ ⋅ ๑ ┈┈┈┈ • • Waiting time and Cancellations •Do not push me • It takes from two weeks to a month, since I work with a mouse ahhhh (saving usd to buy a wacom ahh) •If you want the job for a certain date, let me know! •If you want it for a very approximate date the cost will increase •Cancellation of orders is prohibited. • If you get to cancel halfway and I accept the cancellation, you leave with nothing and you must pay for what I advance. commissions • You MAY NOT claim yourself as the artist of the original image and/or design! • I don't make changes to the lineart after the flat color. • If you want the PSD file it will cost more, and you cannot claim the work as yours. • Please credit me when you use the original image/artwork! • Difficult characters will increase the commission cost. •Generally I am open to changes in the order, but if its to much or detailed, an extra percentage will be charged depending on the change • ┈┈┈┈ ๑ ⋅ ⋯ ୨ ୧ ⋯ ⋅ ๑ ┈┈┈┈ • • Customs Comms •If the design is rejected for x reason, I will be able to sell the rejected design •If you want the PSD file it will cost more, and you cannot claim the work as yours. • The characters I make are for personal use, not for profit. • Please credit me when you use the original image/artwork! • Difficult characters will increase the commission cost. • You cannot sell a custom that cost you less than the original price just to exchange. Even if it has art and you can only trade for something of the same value or sell for what it cost+art piece and you must have proof or you go blacklisted.
Designs (Custom or adopt) • You MAY NOT claim yourself as the artist of the original image and/or design! • You own all rights to the character you purchase (except claiming as the artist for the original artwork). •You can change the design whatever you like •You can only edit on the design in case of minimal changes (with this i refer to the image i do) . •You can add whatever you want, hair, clothes, accessories etc. •Give me credits for the design, if you don't, I'll let you know. •The characters I make are for personal use, not for profit. • Please credit me when you use the original image/artwork! • Take a proof-of-purchase screenshot, as I won't; Don't blame me when you don't take one! • ┈┈┈┈ ๑ ⋅ ⋯ ୨ ୧ ⋯ ⋅ ๑ ┈┈┈┈ • •
Rules according to payment method Purchased by Ac •Characters obtained by ac can only be sold by ac or exchanged, regardless if they have more art. If amino disappears, they can only be exchanged. You can't sell characters for more than you got them for. •For every commission that costs less than 800 ac, you agree that you cannot demand. What I mean is that you will probably get one or no wips, and no product changes. Bought for Usd/Da ★Don't resell if you don't have even one piece of hq-mq quality art. Traditional drawings only well done. Without extra art you can only trade them. ★To be able to sell/trade it must have min 1 piece of hq-mq art • You can't sell characters for more than you got them for. • If it is sold, its price will depend on the original value plus the price of the art it has. • If the art is couple or with more characters, the price will be divided between the characters . •Personal art and art received as a gift also does not count. 1kac-1usd Exchange or custom trade ★Don't resell if you don't have even one piece of hq-mq quality art.
