Cordelia was born of Noble rank. She built up her strength and territory, becoming a Queen, and was eventually powerful enough to challenge the previous Seat 5 member of the Seven Heavens. She currently owns 12 systems, including 3 civilized planets and several other generally inhabited planets, which she has influential presence over. Her active trades mostly includes fine gems/jewelry and fabrics.

Cordelia is very motherly, and loves to spoil her brood (aka her disciples). She sees any Sol, or other creature, weaker than her as precious children and despises seeing them hurt. She is constantly “adopting” more disciples and has several wardens to help her protect them. 

Her exposed Soldust (wings and tail) are from wounds she has received in battle. She had physical wings that were torn off while defending her disciples and territory against other Sol. Her tail was torn at the end before she came to hold a seat as a member, while trying to avoid a battle with a much stronger Sol.
