Infiltrates the most destructive global conglomerates, helps orchestrate financial crisises in vulnerable parts of the world, a pawn in the fabrication and engineering of several casus belli. Currently employed to spy against TECTO. Working on rooting out tumors of competitor spies latched onto the company who have set their sights on the same prize- has sat on both sides of the table and isn't liking what he's seeing.

Playing with fire, no one to talk to, and running out of time.

Suspicious because he was taught to be, paranoid because he thinks he must be. With a bleak and fatalistic outlook of the world and his own place in it Nobuo is sober, detached, and disconnected from himself in the places where the years have worn him thin. He is afforded invisibility and relative leeway by the rank of his cover and has kept his head down so long he forgot how to lift it. Accepting of his place in the world and views himself as an extension of causes greater than him. Ultimately, he is a distant enemy to his own person.

Watching his life with a bird’s eye view, he does not think of himself a lot. Face to face people come to know him as a dull and deeply boring man. Over the years he has been carefully tailored to be as unassuming and unobtrusive as he can be to the point of being entirely forgettable. It’s what he prefers. Nobuo has whittled himself empty, carved out the bits and pieces he could do without with brutal efficiency and put nothing in their stead. He is deadly patient and mostly quiet, adhering to a strict routine of discipline and denial in all aspects of his life. 

Observant, intelligent. Secretive and reserved though even this he hides well with practiced small talk. Intense in passing, stilted otherwise. An excellent liar. Cares about appearances, conscious about what he communicates before he opens his mouth. Always properly groomed but never excessively so, always a baritone level voice. Conflict avoidant but to the point without crossing the line. Well mannered and polite. Perfectly awkward, conservative sense of humor.

Nobuo has taken care to make himself easily palatable and equally unappealing.

Well trained in combat, assassination and espionage, so competent and thorough it teeters on self destruction. He is vicious and does not shy away from pain nor bloodshed and has committed numerous despicable crimes. He is dependable and inescapable.
