Background
Melia's birth seems to outlast the actual world and the universe's birth. Melia explains that the Moon Goddesses have been around before the creation of the world, and one of the three's daughter, but won't point out which, she seems to be connected with the Apocrypha relic that can be found on the Sacred Huoli Cathedral
She grew up in the Lunar Palace, among other gods, a place which existed before the creation of the world and the mortal realm. She witnessed the creation of the world and made an entire adventure during her childhood with her mother to look around the brand new mortal realm. In a freezing winter, a small yet special snowflake landed on her hands, and did not evaporate. By keeping it, the snowflake was imbued of life by the Palace and eventually turned into the character that is known as Lumi, who grew up with Melia in the mortal realm. Melia's mother gave her a goat pet, which eventually turned to become Iblis. The three have stuck together for thousands of years, eventually gaining a reputation of being the "Original Three", because of how almost all the other elemental deities have been replaced one or many times, yet Melia, Lumi and Iblis have been around ever since.
Unlike most elected elemental deities at the time, Melia did not decide to create or establish a region, or town. She was more of a stray god that would wander in the realm, casually blending with the mortal populace, which made her famous for that particular reason. The Huoli Government decided recently that, she would be the perfect fit to be the representative for their region, which have great technology and famous electro allogene bearers. Melia established herself in Huoli, and met Kyuubi there when she was a tiny fox. She leaves so often that Kyuubi does most of what she is supposed to do.
The plot of project diary kicks in when Melia suddenly disappears after an usual visit at Iblis' Temple.
