Fernberry Fernberry is his lovely mate. They didn't get together to well as kits, because it was believed that Fernberry would go into training as a medicine cat, which at the time, Redleaf found to be the weakest of links within the clan. But as time went on, they grew closer as apprentices. Mainly because their mentors were mates, so they did a lot of training together. But they grew close as friends, and closer as mates.
Moonfur Moonfur is his friend since they were kits. They both used to cause a lot of mischief to their poor clanmates, and due to that, they were in trouble a lot. When they became apprentices, that didn't change much. But, one day, their mischief got them in to much trouble, and Moonfur got hurt. Causing her ability to become a warrior to be questioned. She healed, but later decided to become a Medicine Cat instead. They remain close friends.
