-Used to be a semi-important flesh-and-blood adventurer. Was getting on in age but wanted to stick around to protect people if needed... long story short, ended up as a mechanical version of himself sitting dormant somewhere, to be awoken in case of a threat. Stayed dormant, semi-conscious and dreaming, for quite a while and began questioning whether he actually wanted to continue adventuring or not.

-So after waking up, he's questioning his purpose, having outlived his entire previous adventuring party, and being weakened somewhat by his long hibernation. He's kinda having a crisis
