Basics
Fragments (aka Radio) is multidimensional creature that switches between the second dimension to the third frequently. It is often seen observing random space objects at random points in a specific 50 light-year radius. It is assumed to able to communicate to second dimensional creatures and describe the activites in the third dimension to them. However, to us its speech is very garbled and hard to understand. It appears to understand our speech clearly..

Fragments first appeared 30 years ago in the Ignis Circle in space. At first it refused to come close to any object, be it space debris or ships. It would not respond to any hails or greetings. It appeared very scared and would often "fold" back into the second dimension for days at a time. Over the course of several months, Fragments realized the local fleet meant no harm to the creature. It sent its first transmission of "hi...scared 419...safe?02"
Interview
The local captain agreed to send a response that it appeared to understand perfectly. The crew stated to it that they mean no harm and are simply curious about it. Fragments quickly responded with joy, and stated "I fro3m flatworld294... everything flat1391. You not%83." The captain was very interested in knowing more about the creature. After some talking, it was concluded that Fragments was a scout that wanted to learn more about our dimension it could and tell its friends back home. It grew to love Ignis Circle but was scared to approach other creatures. It also learned that it cannot communicate clearly there like it can back home.
Quaescis Attacks
Over a decade later, Fragments was very happy and comfortable exploring Ignis Circle. It often waved at the civilization on the local planetary system, giving encouragement to passerbys. It wasn't long until disaster struck, and the planet was inaccessible to other lifeforms. Fragments simply saw the outline of a lizard like creature on the surface. Fragments was haunted by this figure and dreads knowing what happened to its friends.
Present Day
Today, Fragments can still be seen fairly frequently in this area. However since the fall of the civilization, the area has been overrun by pirates and investigation crews. Fragments may sometimes be attacked, and in such cases simply retreats. It is not as happy as it used to be, though it gives much affection to those who help it.
Relationships
TSM001 [ Friends(?) ]
TSM001 was able to loosely decypher Fragment's message once in proximity. TSM001 offered to simply talk to the creature, and this appears to have made it very happy. TSM001 sometimes likes to stop by and simply chat as well as he can with his unlikely pal.
Quaescis [ Enemy ]
Quaescis destoryed one of the local civilizations that Fragments liked to observe. Allied with many of its fleets, this broke its heart. Fragments was the first to warn TSM001 of Quaescis with a transmission of "It...silenc321e...murder^&...avenge2335 them?"
