-You can change ANYTHING about the design once they are yours: colors, hairstyle, bodyshape, etc. !
-Once they are yours, gifting is OK, trading is OK, and reselling is OK as long as you resell for the price you paid. You may raise the resell price if you commissioned more art of the design-- do so accordingly.
