Story
A cigar in hand at all times, Fat Cat is the Vice President of a sector of COGS INC. that focuses on appliances and other "menial" devices. Looking to squeeze every cent out of his factory, Fat Cat is notorious for his shady business practices and dubious treatment of his employees. While seemingly nonthreatening due to his small stature and cowardly dispostion, it's common knowledge that Fat Cat has his claws deep in the world of politics and his influence goes far beyond that of his factory office.
