Storm / Olivia

Olivia was always a shy kid and as a teen (around 14-16) she fell in love with a guy named Max, and was in a relationship with him for that timeframe. She was mostly to shy to start anything, and easily flustered by his advances, but Max was very patient and also a huge flirt. He was popular and kind, she was shy and somewhat of a social outcast. 

Something something Max dies (originally due to bullies cutting Olivia's hair to reveal her eye and "show Max her true self", causing Olivia to go into a chaos*-induced rage, killing the bullies and accidently Max, but somewhat retconned to the bullies being stopped by a teacher and Max instead dying due to Olivia holding onto him while crying with her claws out, accidently causing him to bleed out in the process - either way, Max'd death is in some part due to Olivia), which traumatises Olivia into depression.

*(note: chaos is a god in this universe, Olivia is afflicted with a "blessing")

She becomes bitter and jaded, and changes her name to "Storm" in order to match her feelings. She slowly starts to recover and get better while in college, but does have an unspecified number of toxic relationships. Eventually she meets Fern, and slowly falls in love with her. Fern assumes she is straight and in love with another dude, but eventually it all works out. In the original version, Storm goes into chaos-induced rages here and there until she gets a hold on herself, and Fern was one of her past victims who survived.

Storm joins the rebellion at some point as a fighter, and in the ending of TCP, she [huge spoilers] and finds out that [more huge spoilers].
