ayo! as mentioned in the code, the image must have square dimensions or else it will turn out like an ellipse :>
however, if you are a little bit experienced at coding, you can quickly fix this by adding a set height and a object-fit:cover (this makes the image not stretch), both in the style! like so:
class="rounded-circle img-thumbnail" style="height:130px; width:130px; object-fit:cover; z-index:2">

Is there a way to mirror the code, so the icon is on the right and maybe so the text is left-aligned as well? I was hoping to add the code twice, to display 2 characters, but without it just looking stacked.
something like this should do the trick!
- add a [flex-row-reverse] to the [row no-gutters]
- replace all the mr/pr with ml/pl, and vice versa
- for example, mr means right-margin, so we're switching it over to ml, meaning left-margin

- add [text-right] to the <div>'s with text
thought, if you were also looking for using the code so that the two of them are side by side, you'd want to use a row as well, just in case you were wondering!
