Jinkko Rayett is a SOLARPUNK REVOLUTIONARY.

She's a playful jadeblood with incredible conviction and enduring optimism. Her belief in improvement and inherent moral goodness doesn't mean she's a push-over however, and she has learned to be authoritative and cautious. Aside from gardening, her true talents are her communication skills: she owes most of her advancements to the trolls she has swayed to her side. Jinkko's a generous friend, an adoring quadrantmate, and she tries to make the best decisions possible. But she's had to make tough choices in the past. Ones she regrets, and ones she doesn't.

The Outpost

Jinkko's outpost is a cluster of hives around an oasis, her own home towering in the midst of ivy and branches. It's a small commune of not only lowbloods and jades, but mutants as well. Jinkko is very careful with who she recruits, and makes sure everyone who is welcome feels welcome. They use a few tricks to stay hidden from the military, and almost-but-not-quite independent from the empire... It's a bubble of strange peace and co-operation, where they sustain themselves as much as possible, aided by solar panels and reprogrammed drones.
