A Seer of Time with monarch-butterfly wings, practically useless prophetic powers, and awesome threads.
Monara can see the eventual result of an action that is taken through the butterfly effect. However, these effects are rarely relevant, and usually happen tens of sweeps in the future to someone she doesn't know or give a shit about. Sometimes, though... she gets a glimpse at something valuable.
Oh and she can taste with her feet but that's not that important really.
