Rossine (Ability)

 Casino Royale

Casino Royale (カジノ・ロワイヤル, Kajino Rowaiyaru) is the ability of Rossine.

Casino Royale is a long-range scouting ability which allow her to be able to know multiple events happening at the same time. It is a requirement that Rossine have to close her eyes, which may expose her if she is not in a safe space. With this ability, Rossin can only get sound and light information, meaning she can hear when people talking and 'see' what they are doing. However, she can't communicate nor interact with the scene show to her in her head.

Its fullest distance is 2km radius circle, Rossine can focus on a particular spot of a location, like when she used her ability to track Ace and Fyodor, and found out Ace died. Despite the long range, she rarely extended it to the fullest as it would left her fatigued keeping track of everything happening. It is evident as such in the Dragon Head's Conflict. If Rossine move, her tracking circle will also move with her, as she is the centre of her ability.

The ability is a reference to Casino Royale, a novel by Ian Fleming in 1953. It is the first novel of the James Bond book, it is in regard of the position of Britain in the world-- more so about the relationship of the US and Soviet Union of the British agents, Guy Burgess and Donald Maclean.  

• Since her ability's is referenced to one of Ian Fleming's novels, who was a British author, it is safe to assume that Rossine can also be regard as British.
