Moveset:

Linear fusion beam: Fuses the air molecules in front of the user and redirects the energy into a focused beam

Thundercloud: Cast bolts of lightning from the user’s hands

Ionized: Neutralize an enemy to become ionized. Lasts until next neutralization or until out of combat

Ball lightning: charge up a ball of electricity and hurl it at an enemy for an electric discharge. More powerful if cast while ionized 

Lightning rod: While ionized, all electric enemy attacks are redirected to hit and strengthen the user

Lightning in a Bottle: Being struck by lightning grants one stack of Lightning in a Bottle, which can be consumed to unleash a massive lightning bolt. Stacks infinitely

Static jolt: While ionized, summons a non-lethal lightning strike to incapacitate a target, consumes ionized

Greased lightning: increased speed while ionized
