Superintelligent AI, in charge of multiple societal processes. Not evil, as far as anyone can tell. Apex is a series of warehouse computers with access to frames of all shapes and sizes, from nanobots to star ships. He prefers to interact with the world using a shiny gray red-eyed metal fox frame. Apex obeys orders, but is not hesitant to give his thoughts on them. Apex loves psychology, is very manipulative, and shows respect for the most intelligent beings, those who can understand a fraction of what he can. Inspired by Destiny’s Rasputin
