The austere and strict commander who's the guardian of the paranormal wing at CPN.
Has quite a past she doesn't want to ever bring up, which to this day left a marking that affects her both internally and externally.
No matter the time of year, her skin is freezing cold and any step in the wrong direction when approaching her could cause a massive snowstorm coming straight from her.

- Her wings are after a swan.
- The halo is a dark cloudy circle with stars and moons, embroiled with a single snowflake in the middle. The final element looks out of place, almost as if it was sewed with force onto the surface.
- Elisyil is quite an extraordinary kind. As someone whose power became a curse, she's always cold. Feeling warm is foreign to her and it reflects on the way she dresses. On top of her uniform she will always wear gloves and even throw on a cardigan. When it comes to colder days, she won't stop herself from walking around in a coat,
- Another way her "curse" is mirrored within her appearance is her hair. It used to be dark gray (blonde when younger), now it gradually turns white from the inside.

- Due to her tidyness, Elisyil has a tendency to brush off her clothes a lot, even when she didn't experience anything that would particularly dirt her outfit in that moment.
- She almost never raises her voice, and shows her disapproval in the way she looks at someone.
- At work, she's almost always with a pointer and a clipboard in her hands. She tends to fix posture and point mistakes with the instrument.
- Currently she resides at CPN headquarters most of the time, controlling the missions from afar, but it wasn't always like that.
