Jenna was an orphan, and she probably would have spent her life on the streets forever, but one day she was captured by the guards. Because of her young age, she was sent not to prison, but to an orphanage for girls. There she had to live and learn to be a proper member of society and a "lady". Jenna managed to fail at both of these tasks. She was rough, cunning, learned to steal from other girls and teachers, and learned to lie well. So a young, cunning girl drew the attention of Jacqueline Renier. Madame Renier found Jenna's talents intriguing and, when the girl grew up, she hired her.

Jenna worked for House Renier all her life. And Madame Renier mostly closed her eyes to all the criminal activities. Jenna spied for Renier, killed, forged and stole documents, and did all sorts of shady things. She was also involved in criminal life and worked as an informant.

When tension between countries started to grow, Jenna was among many of Renier's agents sent to gather information and keep an eye out. She also had to gather information about the "Ice Death". Mercenaries and peasants whispered about a prophecy, according to which a dragon named Ice Death would arrive in the world and destroy it if nations would not come to peace.

Jenna ended up joining a group of adventurers. They all had different goals, but in the end, they all wanted to find out about the prophecy. And about the forests in the south, filled not only with valuable resources for all kingdoms, but with werewolves, faeries, and other creatures too. Somehow, during their adventures, Jenna also managed to work for Renier, bringing information and managing to convince her friends to do one or another small job for Madame Renier. So she even managed to get herself a noble rank and married one of Jacqueline Renier's nephews. Jenna was not really interested in marrying a man. She gladly married a noble title, though. And the right to wear the Renier surname.

Jenna and her friends decided to part ways after many successful and unsuccessful adventures, political schemes, and wars. Risking her life more than once for Renier, Jenna reconsidered her priorities in life. Together with her friend, Elisa Diamont, also a rogue, they decided to run away. From Renier, from war, and from the prophecy of the "Ice Death".

Elisa and Jenna fled Ravenloft to start a new life. And they did so in a new city, where Elisa opened a jewelry shop and Jenna stayed with her, working as a bodyguard. And continuing to be involved in criminal activities of all kind.

Most recently, she got unlucky during a theft and found herself teleported into a frozen land, where she was attacked by a group of orcs. She thought she had managed to escape, yet an orc-shaman put a weird curse upon her, which turned her eye red and made her see visions. Right after that, while trying to recover at the inn, she was somehow teleported again, yet this time to another dimension, together with two other adventurers. Fortunately for Jenna, that strange adventure, which began as "a small twenty-minute theft," ended well for her. She got thrown out of the weird void world right where she was before all that. And gladly managed to return to her friend's jewelry shop.
