I'm just some cocky little bastard working for the MI6.
Charlie is a tall, lanky, barely any muscles, freckle faced and red haired ginger who likes comfortable clothes at home and tight jeans when out in the clubs. Tried to grow a beard once but failed terribly. His freckles cover most of his body and he thinks they look awesome.
Born as the oldest of three in the family of an upstarting politician Charlie always had been the black sheep of the family with his rebellious streak and the fact that he didn’t want to play along the rules. His father intended to get into the ‘right circles’ as he called it, hoping for himself to mingle with the rich and famous, having gotten quite wealthy after inheriting the family fortune from Charles’ grandfather. Therefor he sent his son to University, handpicking what subjects he’d study, having decided to shape him to into a model politician, suited to follow into his footsteps.
Of course that was not what Charles was interested in. So he treated his studies with little interest and rather hung out with other students to have a few drinks or just fun in general. After finishing his studies halfway he simply left University, with the decision never to get even close to politics. In the end life took an unexpected turn though as he showed a lot more interest in the field of IT work and ended up being offered to work for the MI6 after hacking into a part of their system to leave his resume on the computer of one of the people in charge of the IT section.
Of course it meant he’d work for the government after all but this was the path he had chosen himself so he decided he’d give it a try and ended up sticking around. He’ll still indulge in his rebellious side and at times play around with files and peek into surveillance but so far he did not abuse his knowledge of the secrets he’s seen during the last five years.
Charles:
-owns no car
-enjoys to eat but barely ever seems to gain any weight
-is tall and lanky with not much muscle mass
-has blue eyes
-is a flirt and bisexual
-would love to travel but never left England so far
-is seeking more thrills in his life and feels stuck where he is
-sometimes his flirty nature gets him into trouble
-enjoys to go out for a drink at times
-likes to experiment
-is known for his jokes and puns
-usual has a grin on his face and is pretty easygoing
-doesn’t take anything seriously which caused him trouble in the past
-looks a lot younger than 35
- is on bad terms with his father but has good contact to the rest of his family
- tends to give people nicknames
-physically not very strong
- at times thinks he has not accomplished anything in his life
-is not a morning person
-speaks German as a second language
-sometimes dreams about getting a tattoo but knows it would hurt like a bitch so he has never had the courage
In the BBC 'verse he's friends with Sebastian Moran and Col. James Moriarty who he both knows from University.
