Personality
Bravo is a beacon of insecurity, ever since his littermate showed him up by stealing from their dad, and left, cementing her status as the only one who could have usurped him. It's only gotten worse since he was neutered, the emasculation hitting him hard in ways he has been unable to articulate between his lack of intelligence and the sad fact that he, like most others in the clowder, has no one to confide in. He is stubborn, obtuse, and aggressive.
History
Bravo was born after "Alfa," later named Samarawing, to Foggy after an encounter with Hoopty, the dominant tom in the area. They were starving in the cold season, and Samarawing stole some chicken right out from under Hoopty's nose. The stunt led many to believe that she would be the next dominant tom, to Bravo's jealousy. He always yearned to show his twin who was the REAL 'alpha,' but Samarawing ran away, not liking the pressure and gendered expectations imposed on her. He didn't see her for a long time after that.
Not long after their parents had Charlie, Bravo, Hoopty, and others in the clowder were trapped in baited cages and taken to a facility. Mysteriously, Hoopty never returned, and Bravo kind of wished he hadn't. He was mortified that the humans had taken his testicles and cut off part of his ear, presumably as a trophy. This all made it suspicious when Samarawing returned with a small army of warriors. She insisted she was a girl with an entirely different name who had nothing to do with their father's disappearance, which he didn't believe for a moment. He was interrogated by Gyrfalconwing through a series of pictograms, but he didn't understand and just played tic tac toe with him (cheating the whole way) until he admitted he'd lost his balls. Not what the other was looking for, exactly.
Foggy decided to use strategy to get rid of the warriors, throwing corn at them so the duck swarmed and split up the group. Bravo duelled Samarawing, who didn't really go on the offensive, to prove himself to her, while their little brother got caught in a cage. He believed Charlie's disappearance was her work, and it was weeks later when the warriors and several clowder cats returned with him. Samarawing never told him what happened to Hoopty, but mentioned he'd never be back before leaving.
