To put it short, Lee is an asshole. He isn't scared to start yelling at people and arguing (in fact he enjoys it). He is not very good at hiding when he's annoyed, although he typically doesn't try very hard to. If he doesn't like someone, they know.

Raine is Lee's girlfriend, somehow, despite Lees mean personality and how bad he is at expressing positive emotions. He'd die for her, she is the mother to his children (aka his pet snake Draco and her mouse Stinker), and he loves her very much! Read more about their relationship on Lees beloved tab <3
If you were to ask who Lee considers his bestfriend besides Raine his answer is always Parker. Although he has known them the shortest of his very few friends, he approves of Parkers presence in their group and secretly thinks they're very cool (he would not admit this outloud no matter what though)
Lee is on rocky terms with Despair. They have been friends for a while, but mostly due to their mutual friendship with Raine. He likes him more now that Parker is in the friend group, but he still sort of resents him for in the past having feelings for Raine.
Draco is Lee's little baby and he would die for her. She is almost always warming herself up in his pockets, hoods, on his wrist etc. She's a tiny little gal and very loving. He thinks of her as his daughter despite the fact that she's just a snake. Raine of course is her mother :)
