Genevieve is a well educated individual, not only in fashion and the ways of creating it with her own hands but also has mannerisms of having a higher upbringing. Her clothes also make a nod as such as well, being elegant and in season regardless of what the season is. 

Similarly to the other unnamed mysterious shop keeps, not much is known about her at this moment. She comes and goes as her own wishes, but more often then not is in "Mrs. Mannequin", her own shop located in Grabben City (in the greed region). Though, sometimes she travels and somehow the shop comes with her... maybe it's best not to question it.
