Having her concept scrapped in 1911, Toony was officially brought back and created in 1994 when animators found her thrown out concepts. Now, Toony lives in both our world and in the weirdcore dimension of The Amazing Digital Circus!

▶ PERSONALITY

Despite having a rather concerning comeback, Toony finds herself quite secure and confident in herself, and couldn't care less about comparing herself to others. Even though she's not the comforting type, she sometimes listens to Ragatha's interesting vents about Jax, and she tried to help Pomni get used to the digital world, however gave up when she figured she wasn't changing the poor soul.

▶ HOBIES & INTERESTS

• Graffiti- Paints and scribbles popular cartoon sayings and depictions of cats over walls and places with her tail.
• Drinking- Likes to request made up beverages from Caine that include remnants of ink in them. These drinks kinda act like catnip.

▶ HABITS

• Paces eyes back and forth like one of those cat clocks.
• Pops up out of nowhere, end up scaring others.
• Leaves trails of ink behind just to fuck with people.
• Blast music and shows.

▶ BODY & APPEARANCE

Toony's appearance depicts that of an old rubberhose cartoon character from the 1900s, that being of an anthro, lanky, black-and-white cat. Due to showing sypmtoms of rubberhose, she's extremely flexible, and can bend/twist her body in many ways. One downside she posseses though is the fact she's sometimes clumsy, however, rarely slips up in front of others.
