Liam was a farmer whom became bored with the simple life and dreamed of adventure and being someone important. He wanted to become a great wizard however Liam was born without magic which is a pretty big part about being a wizard. So Liam made a deal with a sphinx named Lancer, who would grant Liam magic, loaning out a portion of their own to him and taking him on as an apprentice. For now Liam has access to a small pool of magic and has a wind affinity.
